A meal that was unhappy was served at a McDonalds in Albuquerque. 34-year-old Estevan Gonzales is accused of pulling a gun on a McDonald’s employee at the drive-up window after she got his order wrong.

Police responded to the McDonald’s and tried to stop the suspect’s vehicle, which was still in the drive-through lane when they showed up, but suspect drove away. A police helicopter followed the vehicle to a neighborhood a few miles south, where the driver parked in a cul-de-sac. Officers surrounded the vehicle and took the driver, Gonzalez, into custody.
