On cease-fire negotiations, he told Stephanopoulos that \u201cWe are not achieving any progress here in the last week to two weeks.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Kirby also reiterated that the U.S. was \u201cnot involved\u201d in Israel\u2019s covert pager and walkie-talkie attacks against Hezbollah in Lebanon last week.<\/p>\n<p><em>This is a developing news story.
