Organ Mountain High School Win District 3-5A Boys Basketball
OMHS Boys Varsity won 5A District 3 Monday night after beating Centennial Boys Varsity 63-54. The win against CHS pushed the Knights’ season record to 20-4 with an 8-1 record in conference play. Since the Knights’ only conference loss on February 6th away at Alamogordo, wins against Las Cruces High School and Centennial secured the title for OMHS with a game in hand. Senior Night marks the last game of the regular season and is scheduled for tonight, February 16th, at home against Mayfield. The most recent meeting between the two schools also came in conference play, with the Knights beating the Trojans 63-53 on Mayfield’s home court.
