Doña Ana Community College (DACC) will be holding a free workshop for those interested in applying for high-end job positions coming to our area.
The workshop is being held by DACC’s Workforce Center for upcoming jobs as a critical operations technician apprentice. The event will be held on Thursday, March 12th from 5 – 7 p.m. at the Workforce Center, 2345 E. Nevada Avenue. Starting pay for technicians will be $27.33/hour. The positions are through Project Jupiter in Santa Teresa, NM.
Workshop attendees will be guided on the application process, along with tips to strengthen applications and interviews. Paid training for the positions is available with no prior experience needed. Qualifications include a high school diploma and those who are mechanically inclined.
