Those in search of a job or new employment are invited to a job fair in Doña Ana’s south county.
Doña Ana Community College (DACC) is co-sponsoring a job fair, held by America’s Job Center of Las Cruces. The event will be held at the Multi-Generational Center in Sunland Park, NM at 4700 McNutt Road on Monday, October 27th from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. The fair is being held in honor of National Disability Employment Awareness Month. Although the fair is to support individuals with various abilities, it is open to all.
There will be free resume assistance this week before the fair at America’s Job Center in Sunland Park at 1500 Appaloosa Drive, Ste. A-160. In addition, the public can attend one of several free virtual workshops. There are eight local agencies and nearly 20 employers registered for the fair, including DACC’s Workforce Development and Community Engagement. DACC will conduct interviews at the event.
