Yesterday, the New Mexico Environment Department suspended food permits from four east side restaurants that opened for dine-in service in violation of the current public health orders, endangering the health of their employees and customers. Three were in Carlsbad the other in Hobbs. These restaurants must cease all operations immediately.
The New Mexico Environment Department announced $4.6 million dollars will be awarded across 43 projects throughout the state from the Volkswagen Settlement fund.
