El Paso, TX – Amber Garcia, owner of Amber’s Coffee, is excited to celebrate the grand opening of her second coffee shop in Downtown El Paso on November 6. From starting as a Starbucks employee at the Fountains location to fulfilling her dream as a small business owner, Amber’s journey has been fueled by passion and resilience. Originally from California, Amber first found her calling in coffee after hours were cut during the COVID-19 pandemic, prompting her to open her first location in Horizon City.

As the only local coffee shop in Horizon at the time, Amber’s Coffee quickly became a community favorite, allowing Amber to hone her skills in everything from HR to accounting. Recently, the opportunity to open a second location downtown presented itself, and Amber took on the challenge with enthusiasm. For her, this location is a dream come true, offering a fresh menu and homemade pastries crafted especially for Downtown El Paso’s unique crowd.
