Doña Ana Community College (DACC) will hold commencement ceremonies on Thursday, May 14th at 7 p.m. at the Pan American Center, 1810 E. University Avenue.
DACC will honor nearly 1,700 students from the 2025-2026 academic year. The college will also be honoring its 2026 Honorary Degree recipient, Royal Jones, with an associate degree in pre-business. Jones is recognized for his entrepreneurship, philanthropy, and mentorship. Jones is the founder of Mesilla Valley Transportation, which began in 1982.
The DACC honorary degree is given to someone who demonstrates outstanding service to the college and community. This is the highest form of recognition offered by DACC to a person of exceptional distinction.
