LAS CRUCES – Las Cruces Public Schools will host a drive-thru food distribution for local families on Thursday, May 7, beginning at 9:00 a.m. in front of the LCPS Family Support Center.
The distribution will take place at 505 South Main Street, Suite 249, and will operate on a first-come, first-served basis using a drive-up method. School officials say the event is limited to the first 75 households, and participants are encouraged to arrive early, as lines typically begin forming before the scheduled start time.
Organizers note that once capacity is reached, additional food boxes cannot be guaranteed. Each vehicle may serve up to two households, with one box provided per family. No pre-registration is required.
The food distribution is made possible through the support of community partners and volunteers working to assist families in need throughout the Las Cruces area.
