LAS CRUCES – One person was taken to a local hospital with minor injuries following a crash involving three cars and a semi-truck on Interstate 10 near Anthony on Friday evening, Sept. 25.
Doña Ana Fire Rescue said crews were dispatched shortly before 5:15 p.m. Eastbound lanes of I-10 were closed beginning at mile marker 162 because of the crash.
Officials did not provide details on what caused the collision or identify the person taken to the hospital. The blaze took several hours to be extinguished and traffic returned to normal in the area.
